and fishing pleasure.  
House features large wrap-around porch, 3 sunny upstairs bedrooms and 
2 baths, including master bedroom and bath.  Downstairs features wide 
plank pine flooring and includes study with double sleeper sofa and 
private full bath, large living room with fireplace and flat screen

Winter season rental availability - Oct 1 - April 30, $4,250 per month 
- includes all utilities, cable internet, etc.
