High rise comfortable studio(15 floor) with partial ocean view. 
Fully furnished.

Non smoking unit/no pets allowed. 
No parties allowed on the unit (strictly enforced).

amenities our building has to offer. 
 
The Decoplage is strategically located between two luxurious resorts(Ritz Carlton hotel and Lowes  
hotel and resort), right in the heart of South Beach. 
 
Fitness Center 
Our new state of the art gym equipment and a remodeled fitness center was just inaugurated in May  
2002, with additional equipment added in Sept 2003. 
Lobby and piano bar area 
A spacious marble and oak panel lobby welcomes visitors and residents. 
Newely redecorated hallways and elevator lobbies 
A pale olive, tan and light beige color scheme applied through out the building, dramatically  
improved all common areas. The elevator lobbies on every floor were renovated with elegant marble  
walls. 
Pool area 
New planters and modern umbrellas will enhance even more our beautiful pool area by the sea. A food  
and drink concession stand its also being proposed. 
Laundry Facilities 
Every floor boasts new laundry facilities with card reading washers and dryers. The laundry cards  
recharging machine is located in the lobby, by the mail boxes. 
Bicycle Storage  
The Security Manager provides bicycle permit stickers and keys to the bike room located near the  
receiving area. 
Complementary Valet Parking 
Friendly valet parking personnel is available to assist you with your groceries and your vehicle  
parking. Call valet services before leaving your apartment and your car will promtly be waiting for  
you.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Rate: November 1st To April 30th US$ 2,000 a month. 
Summer Rate: May 1st To October 31st US$ 1,600 a month. 
 
Additional Fees: 
FL Rental Tax - 13% 
Cleaning Fee - US$85 
US$500  Security Deposit Required for up to 3 month rent.Longer periods must leave a US$1,000 deposit. 
 
Minimum rental period is one month.You may stay for a shorter period but must pay the full month rent.
