Along with the gulfviews, the unit is only 150yds (2 minute walk) to a semi-private beach access.  Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from either the master balcony or deck off living room.  Unit #301 is a corner unit which allows for more privacy on decks and more windows.  The master suite has a wonderful view of the ocean with a king size bed. The second bedroom has two full beds. An additional sleeper sofa is in the living room. There is a large, fully stocked kitchen and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The unit also has WIFI for your convenience.  Enjoy parking directly underneath the unit. The condo directly overlooks the pool/hot tub and is in the building closest to the boardwalk. This unit has been recently redecorated and is in great condition. Additional unit available for rental for multiple families.

Seaside is 6 miles east with great shopping and concerts.
