Come visit the Emerald Coast beaches in a large 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse with gulfview and
beach access. The master suite has a wonderful view of the ocean with a king size bed. The second
bedroom has two full beds. An additional sleeper sofa is in the living room. There is a large,
fully stocked kitchen and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Enjoy the convenience of parking directly underneath the unit. The condo directly overlooks the
pool/hot tub and is in the building closest to the boardwalk. This unit has been recently
redecorated and is in great condition. Additional unit available for rental for multiple families.

Pool, hot tub, tennis court, sand volleyball, Wi-fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker,
stove/oven, microwave, ice maker, TV in both bedrooms, DVD players, cable, and CD stereo.
Activities and Attractions
If exercise is what you are looking for, enjoy the tennis court, sand volleyball, or pave
bike/running path along 30A. There are many golf courses to choose from for the golfers.
Only 1 block away, Gulf Place Plaza has weekend festivals, concerts, shopping, and lots of
restaurants. Destin is only 10 miles west with Silver Sands Outlet Mall only 4 minutes away.
Seaside is 6 miles east with great shopping and concerts.

Aug. 2 - Sept. 5, 2008 ... $1050/week
Sept. 6 - Dec. 31, 2008 ... $600/week
Jan. 1 - Feb. 28, 2009 ... $1000/month
Mar. 1 - April, 2009 ... $950/week
11% tax will be added to all rental rates.
$200 deposit required for all rentals.
$80 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
Prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals.
Nightly rates available.
