Vacation Rental Rates

October through April start at..............................$199/Night and $3750/Month 
May through September start at..........................$225/Night and $4000/Month 
Nightly rate subject to 9% tax, monthly rate is not. 
Stays less than 5 nights please add $75 cleaning fee. 
All units come with parking for one car in secure garage. 
Cancellation Policy: 
Full refund w/two week notice, 1/2 your stay refunded with less than 2 week notice.
