glass door to covered porch leading to large private patio with patio furniture and BBQ. Cable tv and WiFi included. Phone connection available but not provided. Covered parking for compact car.
Non-smoking, no children and no pets.

A 55+ Adult Community with the following amenities:
Located conveniently in front of Satellite A with salt water pool and jacuzi, restrooms with showers
and laundry facilities. Indoor pool and spa, 25 yard lap pool, indoor shuffleboard Pavillion,
woodshop, two large club houses, tennis courts, billiards, putting green, fitness center, arts and
crafts room, card room, bar-b-que and picnic areas.

Full time activity director- see website for calendar. Bingo, potlucks, socials, waterrobic classes
and more.

Refundable security / damage deposit of $200.00 required.
Registration: all guests residing in Resort must register at HOA Office and pay $20 -$30 fee depending on length of stay.

CANCELLATION / CHANGE & REFUND POLICY: A $25 Fee (C/C) will be charged on all confirmed reservations that are changed or cancelled. There will be a full refund (less the C/C fee) for all reservations cancelled or changed more than 60 days prior to arrival date. There will be a partial refund (less the C/C Fee) for all reservations cancelled or changed less than 60 days prior to arrival date. The partial refund will be based on the ability to re-rent the unit for the cancelled or changed period of the reservation.
