Vacation Rental Description

Embraced by a Sierra forest of cedars and pines, this spacious, 2,000 
square foot, cabin-style home is perfect for a large group's 
vacation. Cathedral ceilings, knotty-pine walls, abundant windows and 
a wood-burning stove add to this cabin's warm, woodsy, rustic feel. A 
well-stocked kitchen and room to roam make your vacation comfortable 
and enjoyable. Mi-Wuk Village is located off Hwy 108 at 4,600 feet 
elevation.

This is a fantastic place to vacation any time of year. Mi-Wuk 
Village is 15 miles from Dodge Ridge Ski Resort and Pinecrest Lake. 
These are family-oriented destinations that accomodate most water and 
snow activities. Hiking is available for a variety of ability levels; 
the Emigrant Wilderness is nearby, and Yosemite is 65 miles away. 
There is golfing and shopping in Twain Harte and Sonora. This clean, 
comfy cabin makes a great "home base" for adventurous vacationers. In 
addition, this cabin works beautifully as a "main attraction" for 
those who wish to sit back and enjoy the serenity. We are located on 
a very quiet street. There is basketball in the driveway, a front 
porch, back deck and a large, fenced-in backyard with a playhouse, 
volleyball and badminton! 

You will love the big, beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. It's ideal 
for multiple chefs. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which 
makes for easy socializing with the spectators. The dining room opens 
out to the back deck which has seating and a barbecue. The living 
room has cathedral ceilings, a wood-burning stove (wood provided), 
and three sofas (one is a hide-a-bed). The living room has an 
additional table with chairs; a great spot for going online, playing 
a game or setting up a puzzle. There is also cable TV/VCR/DVD, and a 
stereo with a CD player. The main level bedroom has been set up 
especially, but not exclusively, for kids. It has two bunkbeds and a 
tv/vcr. Overlooking the living room is a beautiful loft bedroom with 
one queen and one twin bed. Two more bedrooms and the second bathroom 
are located upstairs. The larger upstairs bedroom has two queen beds 
and a tv/vcr, the other has one queen bed. 

There are two steps up to the front door, one step down into the 
kitchen and a wheelchair-friendly shower on the main level.

Phone (bring calling card for long distance), Cable TV, VCR, DVD, 
AM/FM Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator, Small Appliances, Cooking Utensils provided, Charcoal 
Grill (BBQ), Volleyball, Badmitton, Basketball, sleds and noodles 
(the flotation kind...).

Please bring your own linens.  We supply pillows and blankets, you'll 
need to bring sheets, pillowcases, and towels for the kitchen and 
bathroom.

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Rates......$195/night, $1200/week
Holidays...........$225/night, $1400/week 
Off Season.........$150/night, $850/week

(ask about Xmas and New Yrs rates and minimum nights per stay)

Off Season Rates .. (May 01-Jun 15, Sep 15-Nov 15) 

2 night minimum stay during the off-season
3 nights minimum stay during summer and winter dates that include a
weekend 
2 night minimum stay during midweek summer and winter dates
3 night minimum stayduring holidays

$200 Refundable Security Deposit

$85 Cleaning Fee

Additional Guests: $5/night or $30/wk per person over 12 guests, 16 
maximum.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the reservation date are 
fully refundable less a $25 cancellation fee.
Guests cancelling fewer than 30 days in advanced may be responsible 
for the basic cabin rental fee (no extra person fees, no cleaning 
fees) if the cabin can not be rented. If the cabin does rent, there 
is a $25 cancellation fee only that can be used as credit towards 
your next stay.
