Fully Furnished for Monthly, Executive or Vacation Rental. Private, quiet end unit on 18th floor. Spacious (1,186 sq. ft.) 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Everything in the condo is brand new. Natural wood and stone, hardwood floors and crown molding throughout! Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, 1 1/4" granite. 1,200 sq. feet.

Huge, private master (queen sized bed) with its own private hallway, multicolor slate bathroom and custom steam shower and views of the lake.

French doors lead from the living room to the second bedroom that is furnished with a brand new full sized bed. It has a large closet and a beautiful natural stone bathroom with tub/shower. It also has beautiful views of the lake.

Living room has a big screen TV. It is bright and airy, open to the kitchen and has fabulous views of the lake in every direction. All this and brand new windows, electric, lighting, heat and A/C units. All utilities included with Comcast
Cable, HBO, Encore and DVR.

Historic Building:

The building is an historic landmark, built by Wrigley in 1927 representing the finest of European craftsmanship and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It has recently undergone $20 million dollars of sensitive renovations taking great care to preserve the French Walnut paneling and frescoed ceilings for which this fine vintage building is known.

Getting around town:

There is so much that is within walking distance of this condo that, when the weather is nice, you do not need transportation. However, if you do, there is a bus stop in front of the building and taxis stop at the front door. There are also trolleys, horse drawn carriages and trains too. May I add walking? The neighborhoods are quaint, historic, with beautiful buildings and plantings. Chicago is also known for its "water taxis" because of the series of canals that meander through the city. Tell me that is not a fun way to get to your destination. Ask for our list of attractions which includes locations for water taxis and bike rentals.

Parking:

There are 3 options for you:

1. FREE: We have passes for parking on the street near the building. Depending on the time of day and what is going on in the area this can be easy or take some effort to find a place.

2. Garage Parking in the building adjacent to ours is $28 a day or $250 for monthly rentals.

3. Valet parking at the building entrance for $30 a day.

Macy’s Great Tree Lighting and Holiday Windows

November 5

Join Macy's as they kick-off the holiday season with the 104th Great Tree Lighting Ceremony. Special guests Guiliana and Bill Rancic of the Style Network will be joining in the festivities this year, and you can expect a majestic musical performance from the Chicago Mass Gospel Choir. Kids will also enjoy face painting, balloon twisting, and holiday crafts.

Christmas Around the World and The Holiday of Lights

November 17 – January 8

The Museum of Science and Industry's annual holiday extravaganza centers around the 45-foot Grand Tree, glowing with over 30,000 lights. The tree is surrounded by more than 50 smaller trees decorated to represent the diverse cultures and traditions of the Chicago's ethnic communities. Expect holiday singers and dancers to add to the excitement.

Millennium Park Ice Skating

Free and open to the public, the McCormick Tribune Ice Rink at Millennium Park draws more than 100,000 skaters each year. Skate rental is available for $10.

Holiday Fantasea at the Shedd Aquarium

November 25 – January 2

This holiday sea life show is back by popular demand and better than ever! In a magical winter wonderland, watch Pacific white-sided dolphins, beluga whales, and sea lions showcase their natural talents set to a festive soundtrack from around the world. Be on the look out for Santa sightings, as well!

Zoo Lights at the Lincoln Park Zoo

December 16 – January 1 (Open on weekend nights only starting November 25)

• $4,000 July and August ( i.e Peak Season of Events July 4th, Air and Water Show) - Holidays and Special Events, eg. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve.)

Terms:

We require a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF:
$1,000  monthly rentals.

THIS DEPOSIT WILL HOLD YOUR PLACE AND WILL BE RETURED TO YOU AFTER OUR INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER YOU LEAVE.

Payment is required in full  7 DAYS PRIOR TO arrival.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival then the security deposit is non refundable.

A $120 will be added to the final fee for cleaning.

We accept cash, checks or paypal. However, paypal payments will require us to pass on to you the 3% service fee that we are charged.

Included in Rental:
