Condo Description:

Fully Furnished for Monthly, Executive or Vacation Rental. Private, quiet end unit on 18th floor. Spacious (1,186 sq. ft.) 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Everything in the condo is brand new. Natural wood and stone, hardwood floors and crown molding throughout! Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, 1 1/4" granite.

Huge, private master (queen sized bed) with its own private hallway, multicolor slate bathroom and custom steam shower and views of the lake.

French doors lead from the living room to the second bedroom that is furnished with a brand new full sized bed. It has a large closet and a beautiful natural stone bathroom with tub/shower. It also has beautiful views of the lake.

Living room has a big screen TV. It is bright and airy, open to the kitchen and has fabulous views of the lake in every direction. All this and brand new windows, electric, lighting, heat and A/C units. All utilities included with Comcast
Cable, HBO, Encore and DVR.

Historic Building:

The building is an historic landmark, built by Wrigley in 1927 representing the finest of European craftsmanship and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It has recently undergone $20 million dollars of sensitive renovations taking great care to preserve the French Walnut paneling and frescoed ceilings for which this fine vintage building is known.

Getting around town:
There is so much that is within walking distance of this condo that, when the weather is nice, you do not need transportation. However, if you do, there is a bus stop in front of the building and taxis stop at the front door. There are also trolleys, horse drawn carriages and trains too. But did you know Chicago is known for its "water taxis" because of the series of canals that meander through the city. Ask for our list of attractions which includes locations for water taxis
and bike rentals.

Parking:
We have passes for parking on the street near the building. Garage Parking in the building adjacent to ours is $24 a day or $250 for monthly rentals.

Chicago is one of the most dynamic and beautiful cities in the United
States. It would not be possible to begin to do justice to all there
is to do here but below is a small sampling of activities this summer.
For example, there are fireworks twice a week from memorial day to
Labor Day week-end from Navy Pier which can be viewed from the condo.
Similarly the world famous "Air and Water Show" - August 15th, 16th
and 17th.

Daily Rates (3 night minimum):

• Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - $325(winter) $375(Summer: May - Oct) 
• Week Days ( Monday - Thursday) - $275(winter) $325(Summer: May- Oct)
• Holidays and Special Events (July 4th, Air and Water Show, Thanksgiving, Christmas) $400 a night.

Weekly Rates:

• $1,500 a week (winter Nov. - April) except holidays see below
• $1,750 a week in season (May - Oct.)
• $2,000 holidays and special events (i.e. July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.)

Monthly Rates:

• $3,500
• $4,000 Holidays and Special Events, i.e July 4th, Air and Water Show, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Terms:

We require a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF:
$350  for daily rentals
$500 weekly rentals.
$1,000  monthly rentals.

THIS DEPOSIT WILL HOLD YOUR PLACE AND WILL BE RETURED TO YOU AFTER OUR INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER YOU LEAVE.

Payment is required in full  7 DAYS PRIOR TO arrival.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival then the security deposit is non refundable.

A $120 will be added to the final fee for cleaning.

We accept cash, checks or paypal. However, paypal payments will require us to pass on to you the 4% service fee that we are charged.

Included in Rental:
Use of State of the Art Fitness Facility, utilities,Wireless Internet, Big Screen TV, Comcast cable, HBO and DVR. Room taxes

Parking and Transportation:
There is garage parking available in the building immediately adjacent to ours for $24 a day. We also have parking passes for street parking. Bus stops in front of the building. Taxis stop at front door.
