The Condo is a lovely 1 bedroom 2 bath condo on the
ocean. The front bedroom has 2 double beds and the living room has
a queen pullout sleeper. There is a TV and DVD player in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burners, toaster,
utensils, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4
and leads to the balcony with 2 chairs and a mini table where you
can enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the ocean waves. This room is
ocean view on the fourth floor facing south. There is multiple laundry
rooms in the building and a work out room. Downstairs you will find 1 heated pool, 1 heated wading pool, and 1 unheated pool. You will also find a couple of grills and table and chairs so you can enjoy the ocean breeze while making dinner.... What away to get away for a few days.  You are not far from the Ocean Walk area that has a movie theater, shopping, ice cream, restaurants, bars, water park, game center, and much more. We provide you a home away from home for your private getaway. You provide the swim suit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the house. Confirmed bookings require a refundable $200 deposit (less any damges)along with the contract. If you cancel the deposit is non-refundable. We strive to be of personal service. Let
