City.
Large deck overlooking the lake, with great sunset views. 3000 square foot home with all
the amenities. Grill, dock for great swimming, etc. Within walking distance to the village of
Lake Ann. Enjoy your evenings on the lake, by the water, cooking smores in the large fire pit.
Come enjoy your spring/summer vacation on the lake, while enjoying the peaceful
sounds of the Loons.
For your fall/ winter vacation, this home is the perfect setting. Approximately 25 miles to
Crystal Mountain and The Homestead Ski Resorts. Enjoy a day on the slopes, then a great dinner

• - Sunroom, or breakfast nook, located off the other side of the kitchen, walks out onto the second deck. 
• - Second deck (or top deck) is great for the barbeque. 
• - Large living room with a fireplace and great views of the lake.

$1250-$2450 per week, call for availability. 
Spring/Fall.....April-May and October............ $1250.00 - $1550.00/week
Summer..........June-September.....................$1950.00 - $2450.00/week 
50% down at time of booking. The balance is to be paid two weeks prior to arrival.  $150 Cleaning fee.
$200 refundable security deposit.  We will gladly refund your security deposit if the house and property are left the same, as when you arrived.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
