Vacation Rental Description

You will truly feel like you're on vacation in this beautiful and romantic Woodstock house  
overlooking the Sawkill Creek.  Hear the sound of the rushing water which you can see from your  
bedroom and living room windows. Stand on the deck outside your 2nd floor master bedroom and gaze at  
the beauty of the flowing water. There is also a deck on the first floor which you can walk out onto  
from sliding glass doors. Cathedral ceilings, natural pine wood walls, walnut floor in the living  
room, tiled bathrooms, new chrome kitchen appliances, granite countertop.  Kitchen and bathrooms are  
fully equipped -- just bring your toothbrush.  There is a master bedroom upstairs with its own  
private bath, a bedroom or office downstairs, and a pull-out sofa for extra guests. The house is  
newly renovated for your enjoyment. 
 
Famed Woodstock is a few minutes down the road and is a haven for shops, galleries, and restaurants.  
Kingston is 10 minutes away and is also available for your convenience. The Woodstock Film Festival  
is held each Fall and is a movie lover's delight.  Enjoy hiking in the Catskills and marveling at  
the  
Fall Foliage during the Autumn months. Discover hidden swimming holes during the summer or swim at  
nearby Wilson State Park. In the Winter, enjoy skiing at nearby ski areas such as Hunter Mountain,  
Belleayre and Ski Windham. In the Spring or Fall, try bicycling, rollerblading or walking by the  
beautiful Ashokan Reservoir,only 5 minutes away. Nearby Kaaterskill Falls is another breathtaking  
hiking spot. Climb to the top of Overlook Mountain in Woodstock and have a scenic view of the  
Catskills and Berkshire Mountain Ranges.

High Season:  May 15th to October 31st  $200/night weekdays  $250/night weekends 
$1200 per week 
 
Low Season: Nov. 1st to May 15th  $175/night weekdays  $200/night weekends 
$1,000 per week  
 
Monthly rental:  $4,000 per month 
Seasonal rental  June 1st through Labor Day $11,000 
Columbus Day Weekend:  3 day minimum  (Oct.10th to 13th) ($750)
