This is a nice house located in downtown Wiscasset, Maine. It's a 2 story colonial on Middle
Street right off Route 1.
This 1750 sq.ft. house has all the comfort and amenities you need to enjoy a perfect vacation!
First floor has a full kitchen, sunroom with a small deck off of it, powder room, comfortable
living room, and dinning room. Second floor has three good sized bedrooms along with one full
bathroom. Double bed in one room, Double bed in another room, and 2 twin beds in the third. There
is also a sleeper sofa and air mattress available. Water views from most every room!!
On the front of the house there is a big farmers porch, decent sized yard, 1 car Garage, 2 cars
can fit in the driveway, and there is also street parking.

You can shop for anything from antiques to organic food, dine on the waterfront, visit nationally
