In December and January you can schedule semi-guided duck hunting for some of the best duck hunting on the Texas Coast.  Or you can take one of the many fabulous Bird Watching and Nature Tours.

We are a  short drive to Corpus for a visit to the Aquarium or USS Lexington.  Rockport is also a short drive and another fabulous coastal town to relax and spend the day. 

There are so many possibilities for your vacation no matter what time of year you visit.  It can be as fast paced or as relaxed as you want it to be.

Peak Season:  May - September (Labor Day)

Weekly (7 nights): $990 

Daily (2 nt min): $165 / nt

Off Peak Season: September (after Labor Day) - April

Weekly (7 nights): $750 / week

Daily (2 nt min): $120/nt - weekdays (Sunday - Thursday)

                          $140/nt -  weekend nts (Friday and Saturday)

Monthly: $1495 / mth (all bills included)

ADDITIONAL:

• $200 Deposit to hold rental dates (additional $200 damage deposit for pets)
• Pets Upon Approval Only
• $65 Cleaning Fee and 15% Hotel Occupancy tax applied to all rentals
• Balance Due 30 days prior to check in. (60 days for monthly rental)
  

• Rates subject to change until confirmed and deposit paid.
• $20 handling charge applied to all cancellations.  Cancellation fee is waived if rent and deposit are applied to different date.
