to protect small children from going near the water.  Unit has over 
1300 sq. feet of living space and all the amenities to make you feel 
right at home.  Large driveway with room for Boat parking. 
 
Family Friendly, Fully furnished duplex.  Bring your boat, beach 
towel, sunscreen and relax.  We even have toys for the kids 
appropriate for ages 6 mths - 4 yrs.   
 
1/2 mile from Beach and Bob Hall Pier.   
2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms:  
Master: 2 queen size beds, with shower and large walk in closet.   
Second Bedroom: 2 full size beds and a hall bath with tub/shower combo.

Sun-Thurs $125/nt; Fri-Sat $160/nt; Week - $800; Month - $2400 
 
Off Season: (2 nt min.)  Oct - Feb     
Sun-Thurs $95/nt; Fri-Sat $110/nt; Week - $550; Month - $1650 
 
$65 Cleaning fee added to all rentals 
15% State and Local Occupancy Tax added to all rentals less than 30 days 
$150 Deposit to hold rental dates 
Balance Due 21 days prior to check in 
Rates subject to change until confirmed and deposit paid. 
 
No Deposit Refunds if Cancelled within 14 days of check in.   
However, will allow payment to be applied toward a new rental 
period if available. 
 
Some pets allowed, please inquire.  $100 pet deposit
