Beautiful Riverfront Property. This is a beautiful single
story spacious easy open floor
plan. Features a large kitchen, dining & living room, 3 bedroom, 2
1/2 bathrooms upstairs,  1/2  bath downstairs & outside shower,  game room with pool table, inside laundry room.  It is a large gated property, with private
dock and beach. 2 launch ramps are a very short distance down street, (1) within walking distance.  Casinos, golf
courses, public launch ramps, groceries and shopping all with in a
few miles. This property has
stellar river and mountain views from most rooms. It is a very
comfortable house, one that will
give you loads of fun, activity and relaxation.

The house is stocked with bedding, blankets & towels. In addition
you'll be comfortable with 2
large central air and heating systems to keep you cool in the summer
and warm in winter. Water
softening system, reverse osmosis drinking system, downstairs
outside shower, barbeque, chairs, loungers, and downstairs bathroom,
with outside shower.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with dishes, cooking pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker,
microwave, stove, oven, blender, griddle,
washer, frig, icemaker, pantry, eating bar and river view.
DINING & LIVING ROOM:
Dining room table seats 6 with gorgeous river view, living room has
fireplace, TV and
river view.
LARGE MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
King size bed, closet and river view. Private master bath has walk
in shower, big comfortable tub
and double sinks.
2ND & 3RD BEDROOMS:
King size bed and walk in closet in one, king size bed and twin in
the other. Additional small room with double bed.
RIVER GAME/ROOM:
2 TVs, Pool table, DVD, audio system, pull out queen couch, recliners, bar table
and river views.
Laundry Room:
Centrally located to the house is inside laundry room, equipped with washer dryer, counter and iron.

Laughlin Nevada has casinos, gambling, movie theatres, concerts,
outlet mall shopping, restaurants
and special events and is 10 minutes. (check local listings for
dates and times)
Las Vegas & Hoover Dam is 1 1/2 hours. Lake Havasu/London Bridge 1
hour, Lake Mohave (Katherines
Landing) 15 minutes. Los Angeles 4 1/2 hours. Grand Canyon is 2
hours or you can catch a train in
Williams, AZ for a scenic train trip on a historic locomotive to the
Grand Canyon. A loop of
Flagstaff, historic Jerome, Sedona & Prescott can be done in an all
day/evening drive. Historic
Oatman on Route 66 is 45 minutes.
Water Sports, bring your sunscreen and enjoy, boating, jet skiing,water skiing,
wakeboarding, canoeing, rafting, ect.  There are several rental outfits in town.  Also Bullhead City Parks & Recreation has a very nice large outdoor swimming
pool for adult lap swimming during
the summer and kids supervised recreational swimming with a water slide. 5 minutes.
There are several golf courses in the area along with bowling,
miniature golf, helicopter rides,
river site seeing trips including down river to Havasu & guided canoe or kayak trips available in
the area in season.
Everyday shopping, grocery stores, Walmart, Sams Club, Target,
Kohls, ect. and a variety of restaurants
all within 10-15  minutes.

Summer: April 2013-Oct 2013   $1200.00 3 night special. $2200. per
week. 250. additional per night  

Winter Snowbirds:  Nov. 2013- March 2014  $2,500. per month  $1,500.  per week 

Holidays: Laughlin River Run, Memorial Day, 4th OF JULY, Laughlin River Regatta,  Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas   ASK FOR RATES
 
Requirements: Minimumm 3 night stay Check In: 2:00pm - Check
Out: 12:00noon
Reservation & Security Deposit: $600. due at time of reservation.
Deposit is refundable within 14
days after rental vacated & inspected. All monies due (rent, deposit
and cleaning) due 30 days prior
to rental.
Cancellation: prior to 30 days full refund. Prior to 15 $300. Less
than 15 days no refund
Cleaning Fee: $125. non-refundable.
Payment Method: Wire transfer, cashiers check, personal check
$25.00 fee for returned check
