May-August(Summer 2009) available weekly for $2500.00/week ($3000/wk for 4th of July or Labor Day
rentals)
Discounts for monthly rentals are available
Deposit required to hold your reservation:
Security deposit $350.00 at time of booking
50% of rental fee is due 3 months before arrival and complete rental fee is due 15 days before
arrival date.
Security deposit will be refunded in full within 10 days of your departure if the property is
left clean and undamaged.
