One bedroom condo located in the rough riders condo complex, which is a private 18 acre gated community. You will need a pass code to get in the front gate and you will be given a pool key to get into the pool/tennis courts areas. The address is 23 Fort Pond Road, Montauk, NY 11954. This is truly the perfect family rental.  The view is beautiful from this upper level walkup condo.  

It is 650sq ft and has an amazing deck that has lounge chairs, as well as 4 sitting chairs and a table so you can sit out there and enjoy the view of Fort Pond Bay. The location is perfect - it is in walking distance of the LIRR Montauk station. Ocean beaches and the fishing fleets are both about one mile away. The view of Fort Pond Bay is stunning. Wait until you see the sunsets!!! 

• Private pool, sauna and Jacuzzi all in a private fenced in area located on the premises. There is a shaded sitting area, with bathrooms and outdoor showers. Lounge chairs as well as chairs and tables. Pool is seasonal.

• Condo complex is 1 mile from town and ocean beaches
• Condo is one mile from the fishing fleets

• Boardwalk through out complex - perfect for taking a nice walk.
• Grills to barbeque on out by the water with picnic tables.  So bring your charcoal and some tin foil and you are good to go.

Montauk is filled with so many different activities. Montauk is known for its beautiful beaches, state parks such as Hither Hills and the Montauk Lighthouse.

There are amazing fishing fleets, such as the Viking Star, Lazy Bones. They supply you with poles and bait - everything you need for a fun day of fishing.

You can ride horses at Deep Hollow Ranch along the beautiful coastline.

There are the great stores and also the fine restaurants. In town there is a movie theater, a miniature golf course and a place to rent row boats, canoes and sailboats, ice cream shops, a bakery, hiking trails, pizza places, a great Irish pub, tons of t-shirt stores, Whites drug store, nail places, massage places, etc.  

If you are looking for things to do definitely stop into the local drug store and pick up a copy of a free local paper to check the events calendar.  Also upon confirming your booking confirmation I will email you links to local publications and events calendars so you can make the most of your time.

2013 rates: Please note our fees do include the cleaning fee. 

February 1 - May 21 is $1,000 a week

May 21 - June 22: $1,600 a week 

June 23-  July 27: $2,050 a week  

July 28 - August 31: $2,150 a week

Sept 1 - October 19 is $1,500

Oct 20 - Dec 2012 is $950

*Please note:

• During the off season we do offer the option of a 4 night minimum stay. The cost per night would be $145, which inlcudes all cleaning fees. 
• Fees may be slightly higher during holiday weeks.

Rentals from from Saturday check in at 3:00 (before 5:00) to Saturday checkout at 11:00. All fees, except the deposit, are included in the amount above. The condo is cleaned before you come and then after you leave. 

There is a mandatory $500 deposit for all rentals and a deposit of $100 for the gate remote. This will be refunded within 30 days after departure if all requirements of the lease are meet. No pets are allowed.
