Vacation Rental Description
Bridgeview House is a two-story, three-bedroom home with decks on each level. It is nestled in a
small cove at the 2 mile-marker on the Niangua arm of the lake. The lakefront getaway offers a
beautiful view of the Niangua bridge. You will find this non-smoking home to be clean and
comfortable. The upper level consists of a master bedroom with access to the deck, a full bathroom,
living room with TV (also with access to the deck), fully-furnished kitchen and dining room. The
lower level consists of a second dining area/game area, family room with TV and access to the lower
deck, and two small bedrooms each with a set of bunkbeds. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the
family room. Bridgeview House is located in the Greenview area about two miles from Highway 5.
(Take road 5-65 1.4 miles to Juniper, then .7 miles to Bridgeview House.) A small guest house is
available on the weekends (sleeps six) for an extra charge.

We do not provide maid service during your stay. There is no phone available.
Activities and Attractions
Greenview hosts the original Tres Hombres Mexican Restaurant, along with a few other quality
restaurants. Approximately 10 miles to the north or south you'll find great golf courses (Indian
Rock in Laurie MO and Lake Valley in Camdenton MO). Camdenton is home to one of the most spectacular
state parks in Missouri--Ha Ha Tonka State Park. It offers hiking trails, castle ruins, picnicing
and a beautiful view of the lake. Big Surf Waterpark is located between Camdenton and Osage Beach.
The city of Osage Beach offers many restaurants, great shopping including a large outlet mall,
miniature golf, go-karts, indoor waterpark, and Miner Mike's-a great indoor play facility with small
rides, arcade games and a maze for the kids and another arcade called Buster's for the older kids.
The strip at Bagnell Dam offers shops, excursion boat cruises, para-sailing and much more. If you
don't have a boat or jet ski there are many marinas on the lake that offer rentals.
Vacation Rental Rates
June through August - $1200/week for 8 persons
September through May - $900/week for 8 persons
A small guest house is available Friday through Sunday nights for $125 per night for up to six guests.
