Kitchen, Dining Room, and Deck areas. The oceanfront South wing offers all the elegance you would
expect in a Montecito beach estate. The well-appointed North wing is perfect for family help, the
kids, or another family. Almost every part of the home offers fantastic ocean views and
beautifully manicured grounds.

One family can enjoy the premier South wing. The Master bedroom has a King bed, fireplace, private
study, and oceanfront deck. The second bedroom has a fireplace and Queen bed. The spacious third
bedroom has a King bed and a connected room. This connected room, with twin trundle bed, is perfect
place for kids.

For a second family or family help, the North wing provides 2 bedrooms , 2 full baths, private
kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There is also a small room
which is perfect for an infant or toddler. The beach view deck off the upstairs bedroom is a
great
place to watch the many moods of the ocean below.

The main kitchen is perfect for family meals. It includes a new range, refrigerator/freezer, wine
cooler, and plenty of pantry space. It is fully stocked with all the amenities a discriminating
chef requires. Entertaining is easy in the indoor dining areas, or on the oceanfront deck.

Enjoy recreation and relaxation without ever leaving the property! A private sandy beach area is
just off the back deck. A built in spa is a nice place to warm up after a day in the ocean. The
1/2 acre of grounds and lawn provide safe and open play areas for all ages. At night, roast
marshmallows at the fire pit as you watch for shooting stars and the constellations.
