This clean air conditioned cottage is perfect for a smaller family who would enjoy a short 6
minute walk down a dead end street to the private beach. 2 bedrooms and a full bath are located
directly off the cozy living room and dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen empties directly to
the back deck where you can enjoy the private and shaded back yard. The deck is furnished with patio
funiture, sun umbrella, and a gas grill for backyard barbecues. Kids can enjoy weekend clubhouse
activities, and the icecream truck usually drives by every afternoon. Boaters can enjoy the private
boat ramp to take advantage of Long Island Sound, and some excellent fishing. Saybrook Manor beach
is located at the mouth of the Oyster River, a marsh estuary which is loaded with waterfowl and
shore birds including some active Osprey nests. Kayaks, canoes and small outboard skiffs are the
best choices to explore this estuary.

Vacation Rental Rates
$750 to $850 weekly rental. We require a $200 refundable security deposit to hold rental dates.
Weekly rentals run from Saturday (check in after 2 pm) to Saturday (checkout before 11 am).
No smoking in the house is allowed. No pets preferred, but may be allowed in special circumstances.
Available for academic rent October thru April @ $900 / month. We require a $900 refundable security
deposit for all academic rentals. Electrical / cable hook-ups not included in academic rent.
