size beds, a full bed, and a twin bed. The Compass Pointe complex is located
less than a mile off Hwy 54 via land and 19mm via water.

This fully furnished condo includes 2 queen beds, a full bed, a twin bed, and a
hide-a-bed in living room, full kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, gas
grill, coffee maker, cable TV, fireplace. You can relax and grill
on the deck and enjoy the spectacular view of the lake. This is a
smoke-free unit and no pets are allowed.

Close to Dog Days, Topsider, and Wobbly Boots Saloon (formerly The Filling Station) for great food
and exciting night life!

Peak Season Rates (May 1 - October 31)
$135/night (2 night minimum)
$800/week (one week is equal to a 7 night stay)
Holidays $150/night (3 night minimum)
Off-Peak Season Rates (November 1 - April 30)
$95/night (2 night minimum)
$500/week (one week is equal to a 7 night stay)
Boat slip $10/day
There is a cleaning fee of $65 per visit.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
$200 deposit due 5 business days after booking your reservation and
will be returned within 10 days granted there is no damage to
premises. Security Deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled
15 days prior to first day of reservation.
Full balance is due within 14 days of stay, including the $65
cleaning fee.
