at the Compass Pointe Condominiums complex located in the heart of
Osage Beach. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is street level and steps
away from the large pool. Sleeps seven comfortably with two queen-
size beds, a full bed, and a twin bed. The Compass Pointe complex is located
less than a mile off Hwy 54 via land and 19mm via water.

$500/week (one week is equal to a 7 night stay)
Boat slip $10/day
There is a cleaning fee of $65 per visit.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
$200 deposit due 5 business days after booking your reservation and
will be returned within 10 days granted there is no damage to
premises. Security Deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled
15 days prior to first day of reservation.
Full balance is due within 14 days of stay, including the $65
cleaning fee.
