Welcome to our fabulous hide out in the California Desert– A one-level condominium in prestigious  
Palm Valley Country Club, one of the best desert country clubs!!! Make our "HIDE OUT your home away  
from home. 
 
Relax in plush; the interior has been beautifully decorated with Southwestern paintings and statues  
which blend in nicely with the interior decoration providing a comfortable and cozy environment.  
Adding to the decorating flair, plantation shutters offer the best of both worlds -- privacy when  
you need it and an unobstructed view when you want it.  Not only this condo in one of the best  
locations in this exclusive gated community with 24-hour security. Palm Valley Country club is the  
best location in Palm Springs and Palm Desert to stay for your vacation. With stunning views of the  
palms, sunset and desert mountains from this luxuriously redecorated condo. 
 
Our fabulous hide out in the California Desert offers you a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two- 
bath Cottonwood Plan cottonwood plan with 1627 square feet of pure luxury with all the comforts of  
home. It features a fully furnished living room, dining room, den/additional third bedroom, laundry  
room, wet bar and Kitchen equipped with complete kitchen appliances such stove, refrigerator, micro  
wave oven, dishwasher, and dishes. The Master bedroom has a king bed while the two other bedrooms  
have queen size beds. Three TV’s with DVD/VCR. Also, an outdoor Barbeque Grill on the patio along  
with table, four chairs and two sun benches. Two car detached garage 
 
The patio off the dining and living rooms faces the south side of golf course which is much  
desirable side in then entire community.  It includes a nice gas grill, a table and chairs for four  
to six with two lounge chairs.  The kitchen features every conceivable convenience including, all  
cook ware, glasses, plates spoons and also slow cocker, steamware as well as a quick electric  
cookware, a coffee press, black appliances, include stove, refrigerator. Nice kitchen and Living  
room Snuggle up and enjoy digital cable TV or your favorite movie (VHS or DVD) on one of our three  
televisions. You’ll feel like part of the action with the large screen in the living room! Enjoy one  
of the many movies in our video collection.  
 
House is Wireless Internet ready. Vaulted ceilings, mirrored walls create a light  
and bright atmosphere. Fresh bed linens, towels and designer accessories throughout add to the  
comfort. You will be proud to entertain your friends and family here. The living room and dining  
area feature off-white furniture that creates a bright, fresh look for the sunny desert climate. You  
can enjoy superb golf course and mountain views from the comfortable couch and wide living room  
chairs. 
 
Comfortable bedrooms that can sleep eight (two queen and one king, plus a sofa cum bed for two.  You  
will sleep well on the master bedroom suite’s luxurious king-sized bed. The bedroom features  
mirrored walls, large closets and TV. The Master Bath has double sinks and a large oval bathtub.  
Your family and friends will enjoy the privacy of the Guest Suite, with a comfortable Queen-sized  
bed, TV and large closet. The guest bath features a walk-in shower with a messaging shower head. Our  
king-size bed in the master suite. Our guest bedrooms offers queen size beds, living room also has a  
sofa-cum-bed, which could be used for any additional guests.  
 
And if "surfing the web" is part of your vacation plan, you’ll be able to do it sprawled out on a  
lounge while catching some rays or cuddled up in bed between watching TV programs, thanks to our  
high-speed wireless internet router and a PC, which not only allow you internet access but it also  
allow you to hook-up your own Laptop or PC, should you chose to bring one. We even have a  
printer/fax/copy machine for your convenience. A cordless phone with answering machine is also is  
provided to take your calls while you are out and about enjoying the desert. 
 
Enjoy your hot tea and coffee while basking in the morning sunshine on our south-facing spacious  
rear patio situated on the golf course. If you decide to cook at home instead of enjoying one of  
Palm Desert’s many exceptional restaurants, you will find the kitchen well equipped.  Two car garage  
will keep your wheels cool. Enjoy our bicycles for a bit of exercise. Beyond the private gates of  
Palm Valley Country Club you can enjoy fabulous activities, which include fine dining, theater,  
golf, hiking, bicycling, world class shopping and much, much more!  
 
Palm Valley has it all – two breathtaking golf courses, lighted tennis courts, swimming pools, a

located in the heart of Palm Desert.

Palm Valley Country Club’s 18-hole courses. The par 72 Championship Course features wide fairways
