The Home is 50 yards from the river and next to the Needles Municipal golf course. 100 yards from a sandy beach. Two boat launch ramps are minutes away at Needles Maina Park and Jack Smith Park (seperate fees apply for launch ramps).
Home is completely furnished, four bedrooms on first floor have two
double beds with a trundle bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. Two full bathrooms and laundry room on first floor. Once you stay here you will want to come back again and again.
