mainland by two bridges. Manasota Key is well known for its casual and relaxed pace. Everyone who
has stayed here wants to come back again! Collect shells, sand dollars, or star fish, surf fish,
snorkel, go surf boarding, or take a stroll or a jog along miles of private pristine white sandy
beaches. Close by you may rent boats, canoes, wave runners, bikes, or motor scooters. Excellent
casual or fine dining restaurants and tiki bars are near by - many within walking distance. Save on
gas, everything is close by. We're located on a quiet Florida west coast key (island), right on the
Gulf of Mexico, just 40 minutes south of the Sarasota International Airport and 45 minutes north of
the Fort Myers airport. Just a few miles South of Venice, FL exits 191 or 193 on 1-75 to Englewood.

This is a ground level single family beachfront home. It has been recently completely renovate,
large screened lanai, roof top deck, very private on tropically landscaped 1 acre, just steps to your
own private beach on the pristine blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, magnificent sunsets on a daily
basis, casual and relaxed island life yet only minutes to restaurants and shopping.
Amenities include, but are not limited to: full kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,
icemaker, cooking utensils provided, 3 televisions with DVD's and cable (premium channels included),
WIFI
(wireless internet), king bed in master suite which opens to the sands of the Gulf of Mexico, 2 twin
beds in guest suite that has views of a tropical garden, and covertible bed in the newly tropically
furnished living area, air conditioning, washer, dryer, linens provided, off street parking, pet
friendly (please inquire for particulars), smoking is not permitted.
