La Jolla Seaview Villas is a newly renovated triplex located minutes from the ocean in beautiful La
Jolla, CA. The one bedroom, two bath unit has a full state-of-the-art kitchen, living room, bedroom
and covered patio. The property is one block from the ocean and has partial ocean views. It is about
a 15 minute walk to the charming village of La Jolla. The unit includes a garage for one car and a
large back yard, covered patio with table, chairs and lounge chairs.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The unit includes new stainless steel appliances, full kitchen with granite counter-tops and living
room with a flat screen cable TV (and a smaller TV in the bedroom). Attached to the unit is a large
covered patio with table and chairs and a gas barbeque. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.
There are two fold-up beds for your 3rd and 4th guest (4 guest maximum). There is no A/C (but lots
of cool ocean breezes). There is also a fireplace and jacuzzi bath tub. Free Wi-Fi is included.
Activities and Attractions
La Jolla is world famous for its beautiful coast line and wonderful weather. From the property, walk
5 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the Village which is known for its fine shops and
restaurants. While in La Jolla see the La Jolla Cove with its many seals and sea lions basking in
the sun. Visit the famous La Valencia Hotel. Also don't miss the Scripps Aquarium and the site of
the 2008 U.S. Open: Torrey Pines Golf Course. Sea World and the San Diego Zoo are about a 35 minute
drive from La Jolla. The race track at Del Mar is about the same distance away. Enjoy!
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates are $1,200.00 per week (6 nights). Discounts for longer stays and special 30 day rates.
One time $75.00 cleaning fee. 6 night minimum stay is required, as well as a security deposit
of $250.00.
