Beautiful Condo on no-drive Beach in New Smyrna Beach

Come stay in our fully furnished two bedroom, two bath condominium overlooking the beautiful
Atlantic Ocean. You can walk just a few steps to the beach and enjoy a morning stroll or you can
just relax beside the pool or the ocean front deck.

New Smyrna Beach, known for its charming small town character and family atmosphere, was recently
voted Florida’s Best Beach by Florida Monthly Magazine. The 13 miles of pristine beach are open to
the public for swimming, sunbathing, sailing, boating, surfing, etc. The Intercoastal Waterway
offers even more outdoor activities like fishing, boating, and kayaking.

The quaint downtown areas along Flagler Avenue and Canal Street have wonderful restaurants and
unique specialty shops. Many other restaurants offer live music and river or ocean views.

The Complex is located on the Southern end of the beach where no cars are allowed, A few steps
across S. Atlantic Avenue is a grocery store, several restaurants and a gift shop. There is a large,
brick paver deck overlooking the ocean, a seasonally heated pool, a kiddie pool, shuffleboard
courts, barbeque grills, a pool-side clubhouse and 2 laundry rooms on each floor.

Our Unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6. It is on the 2nd floor, midway back from the
ocean, and has a great ocean view from both the pool side balcony and from the front walkway. There
is tile throughout the kitchen, dining and family rooms and berber carpet in the bedrooms. We have
remodeled our unit and decorated it with a coastal theme.

The condo comes completely furnished with almost everything you will need. The kitchen is fully
furnished with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, utensils, glassware, flatware,
dinnerware, coffee maker, ice cream maker, blender, and many other extras. The dining room provides
seating for six and has a convenient pass through to the kitchen.

The living room is a comfortable place to enjoy the sleeper sofa, large cable TV, VCR/DVD Player, CD
player, or just relax with family or friends. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, full
bath and cable TV. On cool evenings you can sleep with the windows open and let the sound of the
ocean waves lull you to sleep. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, two extra fold out mattresses, a
cable TV, and a VCR.

Our favorite place is the balcony which overlooks the pool and has a wonderful view of the ocean.
You can eat meals at the table or just relax and enjoy the view. The unit also has a second bath,
plenty of storage and closet space, and central air and heat. So all you need to bring are your
clothes and your toothbrush.

We’ve also included many extras to make your stay more enjoyable like: VCR and DVD tapes, CD player,
books, games, toys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels.

dinning, sitting on the deck overlooking Atlantic Ocean, reading a book by the pool, watching the
kids having the time of there lives, just relaxing.
