Junior size futon for children.
 
Open loft kitchen fully equipped with full size appliances, cooking and serving kitchenware for 6. Custom European cabinets with a built-in desk, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, and direct access to private bay front deck.  Professionally decorated in a bright, fun, Mexican motif. 
Living Room includes cable HD TV and DVD player, WIFI, cathedral ceilings, Berber carpet, fireplace, light in blinds, and plenty of seating. Linens and towels included. Interior washer and dryer and built-in vacuum system.

Patio furniture and a gas barbecue are on the large bayview deck, convenient garage parking!
