Vacation Rental Description

I invite you to enjoy staying at this amazing two bedroom two  
bath Majestic Sun Condominium.  Majestic Sun is one of the most well  
known resorts in all of the Gulf Coast.  It is the absolute best of  
what Destin has to offer, a beautiful high rise condo with  
spectacular gulf views. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool with waterfall  
accent & pool side spas. Better yet, enjoy the newly restored sandy  
white beaches with more than twice as much beach as previous years  
just footsteps away.  Relax on the balcony which looks directly over  
the gulf or stroll down the coast watching the incredible sunsets  
glimmer on the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  You will  
enjoy your stay at Majestic Sun!!!  The condo has a king bed two  
double beds and a queen sleeper sofa.  There is a fully equipped  
kitchen and everything else you need to make your vacation a great  
one!!

$200.00 reservation/security deposit required at booking.  Payment  
in full due one month before arrival.  Reservation/security deposit  
will be returned within two weeks from departure upon inspection.   
Cancellation after less than one month prior to date rented subject  
to deposit forfeiture.  Cancellation after less than two weeks prior  
to date rented subject to 50% forfeiture. Week runs from Saturday at  
3pm to Saturday at 10am.
