Elegant 2,800 sq ft unit finished in 2007. We are just one unit
off the bay. There is a dock with a private boat slip that has a boat lift for boats up to 21 feet.
The dock is right on the waterway and you can fish from the end of the dock that is alongside our slip. You could also put 2 to 3 jet skis on the boat lift instead of a boat if desired.
There is electricity and water by the boat slip.

 Great views of the bay from both the front and back of the unit.

The large kitchen is well equiped and countertops in the kitchen
and all baths are granite. The dining area seats 6 and there is room for 3 at the kitchen bar. The central great room is spacious, comfortable and has great views of the Laguna Madre.
There is a pool on the back deck and a 6 person hot tub. Behind
the unit is a large estuary where birds and fish come. This also give the unit a very private feel. There are two decks with great views of the bay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large bath and walk in
closet with lots of room. The next bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs the bedroom has two twins that can be put together to make a queen. There is a fold out queen bed in the game room. 
 
The gulf beachs are four blocks across the island.

Maximum group size is 6 adults.  

This location is a family environment.  Large parties or noise after 10:00PM is not permitted.  

The maximum number of cars at our unit is 3. No trailers allowed to be parked at house.

The unit is well equiped. There are two 50" flat screen TVs with cable.
Linens, towels and beach towels and chairs are provided. There is a washer and dryer, central air, DVD, 2 car garage, Weber grill &celing fans.

The high ceilings and modern lighting make the place very elegant. The kitchen is well equiped with all cooking gear, spices, basic cooking staples.
There are 2 bikes for use. All the baths are spacious. They have tile floors and showers with granite countertops.

Biking, golf, windsurfing, kitesurfing, watersking, waterpark, bird
watching, parasailing, swimming, surfing, horseback riding, snorkeling & difing, bay and off-shore
fishing and jetskiing.
I am an avid windsurfer, kitesurfer and fisherman so let me know if I
can advise you with these sports.
