Vacation Rental Description

     This 4000sq ft luxury chalet is located on a hillside in Eagle-Vail.  This great alpine setting  
offers spectacular views and backs up to the National Forest.  From our home is is an easy 7 mile  
drive to Vail and 3 miles to the Beaver Creek parking.  Our home has three levels with 4 bedrooms  
puls an office off the master bedroom with a queen bed.  It has 3 1/2 baths with marble floors and  
marble or granite countertops.  The first level has 3 bedrooms and a game room.  The master bedroom  
suite occupies the top level.  The center level is one large great room perfect for entertaining.   
There are cathedral ceilings and skylights on the center floor and master bedroom.  The hot tub seats  
6 and is on the deck off the great room.  There are stereo speakers over the tub.  The great room is  
wrapped with 4 large glass sliding doors opening onto the deck.  In February and March we rent mostly  
by the week (Sat-Sat). There are lots of stairs in the house and outside as we are built into the

Vacation Rental Amenities

     Our home is well equiped.  All linens and towels are included.  The kitchen is well stock with  
cooking equipment and has a large selection of cooking staples and spices.  There is a washer and  
dryer off the kitchen as well as a large walk in closet. 
     There is a heated 2 car garage and the driveway is heated as well.

Activities and Attractions

Activities include skiing and snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling,  
river rafting and kayaking, great mountain biking, horseback riding and many others.

Nov 20 -Jan 5      $750/night   7 night minimum 
Jan 5 - Feb 5      $375/night   6 night minimum 
Feb 5 - April 1st  $475/night   6 night minimum (Mostly Sat-Sat) 
April 1- Nov 20    $355/night   5 night minumum
