up to 6.  Includes housewares and linens.  Year round great community with friendly people.

Plus applicable 7% Sales & 5% Tourist Development Taxes (subject to change) 
 
Non-refundable deposit (50% with booking) 
Also a $250 refundable security cleaning deposit due with balance 30 days prior to occupancy.
