beds, with private entrance on first floor. New eat in kitchen with new cabinets and appliances
which opens to a new deck. Brand new bathroom beautifully decorated, new wood floors throughout,
a/c, huge backyard, close to all... beach, park, wineries, restaurants.

Many things to do....Fishing, boating, biking, wine tasting and vineyard tours, kayaking, walking
trails to pond and beach; great food and restaurants; take the Orient Point Ferry to Connecticut and
experience Mystic Village, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods or Newport, Rhode Island. Can also take ferry from
Greenport to Shelter Island....and don't forget a day of shopping at the Tanger Outlets (45 minutes
to Riverhead) or in the quaint shops of Greenport.
