stores, restaurants, art galleries and a bait and tackle shop. A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath (with
jetted tub), Dish TV, wood burning stove and wooded views, has all the amenities needed for a very

Vacation Rental Amenities
Kitchen fully stocked with coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, pots/pans, etc. Jetted tub in
second bathroom, dish TV and DVD's in livingroom and master bedroom.
Activities and Attractions
Thursdays - Sundays tours at the Bodega school where the "The Birds" was filmed, Fridays from
2:00pm - 4:00pm the Davis University Marine Lab, has tours and a tide pool to touch and learn how
the marine life lives, hiking along the breath taking coast line, crabbing, fishing, kayaking,
hourseback riding, kite flying, wine tasting and much, much more.
Vacation Rental Rates
One night rental OK, $200.00 per night, plus $25.oo cleaning, and $200.00 deposit.
Two nights or more, $200.00 per night, plus $75.00 cleaning, and $200.00 deposit.
Pets require $300.00 deposit.
This rental requires you to brng your own linens(sheets and pillow casses), and beach towles.
