Park. It was carefully designed to have minimal impact on the beautiful natural setting and take
full advantage of the stunning panoramic views over the Islands and Bays of the North Shore. Far

from any other houses, the only sounds you’ll hear are the waves on the rocks below....
By combining colourful Caribbean style with quirky antiques and flea market finds from Europe the
owners have created an aesthetic, highly individual dwelling that delightfully complements the
spectacular location.
The house is simple, comfortable and well equiped with accomodation consisting of one bedroom, a
bathroom, dining area and a kitchen / living room together with a covered veranda, a brick courtyard
and wooden decks around an infinity edge pool and hot-tub area

Low season (16th April - 15th Dec) - $1975 per week
High Season (16th Dec - 15th April) - $2375 per week
Premium weeks (Xmas, New year, Easter) - $200 surcharge
