Beautiful waterfront home in a nautical paradise!
Located on a peninsula, the home is on a deep, wide canal that is on St. John's Wildlife Refuge,
our waterfront yard is across from the home on Bouvier Bay, at the north end of Lake St. Clair.
We get beautiful sunrises on our deck over the marsh in the morning and spectacular sunsets in the
evenings on the bay. The water is clean and clear with a sandy bottom and is perfect for all water
activities. We have a bonfire pit on the lot to enjoy a quiet evening with the sunset and stars.
We are located just minutes from the channels and waterways that offer outstanding bass and walleye
fishing. Charters are available for bass, perch, musky, sturgeon, salmon and walleye.
The boat launch is at the end of our road. Bring your own boat or rent one locally.
Dock your boat behind our home and walk into your vacation waterfront home! Our dock will fit up
to a 40' boat.
Our home has been completely renovated and is set up for your vacation pleasure!

Three bedroom home; one room has a double bed, another room has two double beds.
Loft has two twin-bed bunk beds (4 twin bunks total). All bedrooms are upstairs.
One bathroom, dual sink vanity with privacy doors for separate shower and toilet room.
Central Air Conditioning; Washer & Dryer; On site parking for vehicles, boat & trailer.
All bed linens provided. Bathing towels provided; you just need your own beach towels.
Full kitchen includes fridge, stove, microwave, all pans, plates, utensils and glassware.
Cable TV with DVD player and assorted movies.
Gas BBQ Grill; Picnic Table and Bonfire pit at lakefront.
No Smoking/No Pets

All water sports; boating, swimming, tubing, fishing, duck hunting, water ski, jet ski, snorkel,
windsurf, sail, kayak. Winter ice fishing and snowmobiling. Wildlife reserve viewing from home.
Downtown Algonac has a beautiful boardwalk with park benches to watch the boats and freighters
traveling the St. Clair River.
Many great restaurants to choose from, casual to upscale dining. Decker's Landing (restaurant/bar)
is at the end of our road.
Short travel distances to golf courses, tennis courts, miniature golf, movie theaters, fitness
centers, museums and shopping centers.

Weekly rate is $1,100; Saturday to Saturday. Additional nights are $150, if available.
