Blue Laguna- Luxury Home with private pool in North Captiva Island

Beautiful and welcoming are just two words to describe this brand new
luxury, four story home with a
private pool and a sweeping 360 degree water views from the
observation deck. Blue Lagoon beach house
features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. In addition there are two sleeper
sofas allowing this home to
sleep up to ten people. Light and bright "Key West" colors accent our
home which also features
island style furniture. The open, airy floor plan provides a spacious
comfortable feel for all your
guests. Travel to the 3rd floor game room, which includes a pool table
and a variety of board games
makes for your fun when you are away from the sun. The sparkling,
heated, lagoon swimming pool will
provide you hours of relaxation and enjoyment.
As you enter the house on the bedroom level you are greeted with
soaring 25 foot ceilings surrounding
the staircase...simply amazing!! There are 20" tile floors throughout
the home. The bedrooms have
comfy Berber carpet. The first bedroom has two twin beds. These can
easily be converted into a king
bed if desired. Our Blue Lagoon welcome sign will greet you as you
enter this bright colored bedroom
which has a flat screen television for your enjoyment. The bathroom
has been finished with Corian
countertops and a bathtub/shower combo completely surrounded in floor
to ceiling 20" tile with
tumbled marble accents. The guest room is next, with a queen cottage
bed, flat screen television,
ceiling fans and access to the porch through sliding glass doors. The
master bedroom is absolutely
peaceful and splendor. The queen cherry sleigh bed promises a good
night sleep. There are Hypo-
allergenic pillows. The matching cherry armoire also is equipped with
a flat screen television.
Sliding glass doors allow you to escape onto a covered deck. The
master bath has a double sink Corian
countertop, a large walk-in closet and completely tiled shower with
tumbled marble accents...a very
comfortable and spacious retreat!!
As you make your way up the stairs you enter the main living area
which is spacious. An open floor
plan includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. Beautiful
island furnishings provide large
amount of seating in this casual yet elegant gathering area. The
sleeper sofa and love seat surround
a 42" flat screen HDTV for entertainment and the home also features a
high-speed internet connection.
This main living area perfectly flows into the dining room which has
seating for 6 at the "coconut
grove collection" palm tree dining table with palm leaf backed, wooden
chairs. Adjacent to the dining
room is the kitchen. This well appointed "cooks kitchen" with upgraded
stainless steel appliances
makes it a joy to prepare meals. And with easy care Corian countertops
throughout, cleanup is a snap
after dinner. There's also a reverse osmosis faucet at the kitchen
sink for water that's 99.9% pure
for cooking and drinking. This center of activity is a room that is
almost entirely glass, from the
double bay windows to the 4 panel pocketing sliding glass doors,
(allowing one whole wall to
disappear connecting the deck). This creates a one of a kind
indoor/outdoor experience. On the
covered deck there is the patio furniture including a glass top table
with seating for 6 and relaxing
rockers, tweed sling chairs...super comfy!!
Travel up the stairs to the third floor game room! As you ascend to
this level you find a cherry
wood, leather pocket pool table!! You will be one of the very few on
this island all to have this to
yourself. Water views are everywhere. Watch the sailboats go by while
you play a game of 8 ball.
There's also a sleeper sofa located in this room as well. Bar stools
and a variety of board games
complete the room. Open to below, this level feels connected to the
living, dining and kitchen area
with a 20 ft pass thru so you can keep an eye on the kids while
they're playing upstairs. There are
also sliding glass doors that lead out to an open deck here. From this
deck is where you find the
circular staircase or "Stairway to Heaven" as you climb to the 4th and
final level of the house. The
views from this level are stunning! You will enjoy a complete 360*
water view with unparalleled
visibility. Sunsets from this level are breathtaking. Look closely for
the "green flash" as the sun
disappears into the ocean. And as the day slips away and turns to
night, the star gazing from this
vantage point is second to none. North Captiva gives off very little
light pollution making every
detail in the night sky feel bright and vivid...simply awesome!!
The heated lagoon pool is another highlight of this beach house. With
a depth of 6 feet and seating
at the deep and shallow end, endless hours of fun will be had here. A
water basketball hoop has been
set up for pool games. Play hard or relax, the pool deck provides an
outdoor table, 4 chairs and
umbrella with 2 chaise lounges...Its all here and there's nothing left
to do but enjoy this
unforgettable retreat!!
