grill, beach chairs. Living room has pullout couch and a futon in sitting room for the grandkids. 1
car garage and private parking space. This is a 2 story unit.

beach access next to Vero's Disney Resort which offers fine dining, character breakfasts, and
nightly entertainment in the Green Cabin room (all a short walk from your door). Newly opened Coste
D'este Beach Resort is a beautiful new hotel with a Cuban/Caribbean influenced restaurant and
entertainment and dancing on the infinity pool deck on Friday and Saturday night. This hotel is
owned by part time Vero residents, Emilio & Gloria Estefan.
