Cutright Cottage in Steinhatchee

The Cutright Cottage is located on 17th Street East in Steinhatchee. Across the road from the the
Steinhatchee River. A walking path to the river gives you the opportunity to explore the rivers
edge or lauch your kayak. Bring your fishing gear or a crab trap and try catching your dinner. Only
a few blocks from local eating establishments close enough to walk to. Bring the boat, there is
plenty of room for parking.

The Cutright Cottage is a two bedroom two bath 2006 new home. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and
the living has a queen size sofa bed. Master bedroom has cable TV and the living has cable TV &
DVD. Kitchen has dishwasher, electric stove, microwave and everything you need to cook up your days
catch. Cottage is completely furnished, you will only need to bring your food and paper products.
You will want to bring extra towels for outside activities.

Steinhatchee offers some of the finest inshore and offshore fishing in Florida. Our tidal creeks are
not only great for fishing and crabbing but also for kayaking. Scalloping is a great family outing
done from July 1st thru Sept. 10th and Steinhatchee is the best place to enjoy this activity. We
have several small shops for you to purchase your soveniers. Parks which include playground
equipment for the kid to tennis and basket ball courts. Available at the Nature Coast Resort is a
large pool and fitness center for use for a small fee. State lands offer not only hunting and
fishing but a place to hike, bike, ATVing and horsback riding. If you enjoy outdoor activites
Steinhatchee is the place to come.

$95.00 a night and $570.00 a week. July 1st thru Sept. 10th rates are $150.00 a night and $900.00 a
week. Two night minimun with exceptions of holiday weekends 3 night minimum. A cleaning fee of
$40.00 is added to a 2 night stay, 3 or more nights no cleaning fee. A tax of 3% tourist tax and 7%
state tax will also be applied.
