the Holiday Inn Express & Daytona Ale House restaurant. All within walking distance!
The master suite hosts an enormous walk-in closet, plush carpeting, a private screened patio, master
study complete with computer nook and full bathroom. The kitchen is all top of the line appliances
and genuine granite counter tops through out the entire condo. A second screened patio off the
living room, is suitable for relaxing evenings with guests. The main bathroom is complete with a
whirlpool tub for those evenings after a full day at the Indigo Lakes Golf Course just seconds from
your front door! Spend time on our tropical 6 acres and Swim in our Private Pool (No

built in water filter system & ice maker, flat top stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, all kitchen

Bedrooms include queen size beds in each room, plenty of closet space, linens & pillows, clock
radio/CD combo player. All additional furniture & exotic decor for your viewing pleasure. (Some

Parking restrictions apply. No RV or camper parking!!! Additional charges apply for trailer
parking and must be approved and registered with the leasing office.

$200 Security deposit to hold reservation dates over 30 days from booking date.
Full Amount required for all reservations within 30 days.

Cancelation of reservations will be refunded minus 10% processing fee for all reservations over 30
days. Cancellation of reservations within 30 days or during special events & holiday weeks will be
non-refundable, unless it is re-rented or cancelled by the Management of Village at Indigo Lakes
resort.
