heart of Santa Rosa Beach. There are restaurants and shops within
walking distance. It is across the street from the Santa Rosa Golf
and CC. We are six miles east of Sandestin and three miles west of
Grayton Beach. Our unit is on the 2nd floor of a secured entry
development. There is an elevator available. The unit is elegantly
furnished. There is a king-size bed in both the master and guest
bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is
a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom has its
own bathroom. There is a huge, open living/dining area. The unit
comes with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with
everything you need except food. Beach chairs and chaise lounges
are included. There is secured access to and from the beach. The
pool area has an ice maker to fill your coolers.

We only want to rent to couples and families who appreciate luxury
at its finest and will respect and treat the unit as if it was their
