910 Franklin is in the heart of the Core Downtown Olympia
Business/Boutique District. It is private and quiet featuring two bedrooms and full bath,  full kitchen, and livingroom.  It is two blocks to the State Capitol Building.   We have FREE INTERNET in all units and an office with free faxing and basic printing upon request.  It is perfect for legislators, business, or vacationing travelers. Grandparents particularly enjoy our downtown as it is convenient to the public library and the YMCA for swimming.  The downstairs unit is wheelchair accessible.   We are a modern green facility with 100% cotton
sheets and towels and cleaning supplies. We love children and we love pets but we like to keep
our downtown units from pet dander for our guests who may have allergies. Our downtown facility  abounds in Natural light and has great ventilation. It is also air-conditioned for our rare but very warm days in the summer.
Our kitchen is fully supplied with all the amenities of home including
dishwasher, toaster, washer, and dryer and wine glasses, of course..
910 Franklin has free weekend street parking or $3 per day mid-week and also has bicycles available for loan and is walking distance to all the downtown shops, theaters, and waterfront. It is also walking distance to the State Capitol
Building, The Farmer's Market, Local Fishtale Micro Brewery, Batdorf
and Bronson Coffee Roasters, The Bread Peddler Cafe', the public
library, a full service copy and printer, and the post office.
Our guests may book space in the gardens and meeting rooms. We often have
shared guests with our neighbor Fertile Ground for weddings and other special occasions.
Whether you are a business traveler, a legislator, visiting faculty,
arriving by yacht, are folks in need of transitional housing during a
re-model or fire, or coming to purchase property with Green Village
Realty in the Northwest, or just visiting Olympia as part of your

Short Stay Lodgings Rates may change according to length of stay,
specials, corporate rates, per diam rates, and season. Please inquire with the manager
if you have specific criteria which are not listed here for your
accommodations or special needs such as a crib or wheelchair access.

One to Four People - Midweek - $149 to $189 - Monday to Thursday - Additional
guests - $25 per night

One to Four People - Weekend - $189-$249 - Friday,Saturday, Sunday -
Additional guests - $25 per night

One to four People - Weekly rates are $650 to $895 - Additional guests are $25 per night

State Employees- per diam- per person -OK - as space is available, two night minimum.

Single night lodging is available mid-week only. Monday to Thursday. Additional fee applies. Call manager.

You may book one night only on weekends for an additional fee of $35.
Two night lodgings are required for weekends, holidays, and special
events. Up to six guests.

Monthly Rates are negotiable depending on Season (mostly available from

Prices quoted do not  include a 10.7% tax and $75 cleaning fee for stays of two nights or longer or occupancy of 4 people or more.
