La Pine OR. Cabin is located on approximately 1 acres of land surrounded by beautiful ponderosa
pines. It provides proximate access to the Deschutes and Little Deschutes River. Local attractions
also include Crater Lake, Mt. Bachelor, and many golf courses. This beautiful home offers 2
bedrooms, 1 bath, deck with BBQ and table and chairs, and the ability to sleep 6 comfortably (1
Queen Bed, 1 Double, and 2 single beds). The home is also fully furnished
with beautiful fireplace for cozy winter stays. Cabin is non-smoking.

This home is completely equiped; a modern kitchen, new refrigerator, granite countertops, W/D,
fireplace with wood provided inside.
There is a front deck and a back deck with a table, 6 chairs, and a BBQ.
There is a TV/DVD Player on the main floor with a window air conditioning unit provided. 1st brdm:
Queen Bed. 2nd brdm: Double/bed, Loft: two single bunk beds.

Travel to Crater Lake for scenic views, hiking, golf in La Pine or in nearby Bend, hiking/fishing
at Paulina Peak, skiing nearby at Mt. Bachelor. This cabin provides many opportunities for relaxing
and for activities both in
the winter and in the summer.

$85.00-$105 Nightly stay, 3 night minimum. Stay 5 nights get the 6th free for $500/week.
Dogs/Cats are welcome, but must be cleaned up after and require a $12.00/night, $40.00/week
non-refundable fee.
$40.00 Non-refundable DEPOSIT required to hold reservation, taxes
$300.00 fully refundable security-damage deposit.
***Long Term Renters, we are willing to rent this fully furnished cabin on a monthly, or yearly

Tenants will be required to remove all garbage and clean up after themselves but house will receive
final maid service cleaning. The homeowners will then verify acceptable condition of the home and
return the refundable
$300.00 security fee.
