The Corlette house offers a unique location on Bay St. in historic Southport. An old family home
built in the 1800's, that has been updated to accomodate a large family. It prides itself in having
an unobstucted view of the Cape Fear River, Bald Head Island, the Caswell lighthouse, as well as the
many ships that parade themselves gallantly past in route to the Wilmington ports. There is a sandy
beach located just in front of the house where you may pass the afternoon or evening just soaking up
the delights of a small community known as Southport, where relaxation takes on a whole new meaning.

Completely furnished, including linens with 5 bedrooms to include 2 queens, 2 doubles, and 3 twin
size beds. 2.5 baths, washer and dryer. Large playroom with 32" television, vcr/dvd combo, and game
table. There are 3 other televsions throughout the house, cable included. Gas heat and air condition
down, heat pump with air up.

Only one block from downtown, historic Southport. Churches, ideal for wedding planning. Convention
Center, shops, restaurants, library, park, art museum. Only two blocks from the new Southport Marina
