Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a place to relax and get away from the busy pace of everyday life, the White  
Mountains are the place to be! This cozy chalet is located at the base of Attitash/Bear Peak mountain  
in a quiet neighborhood.  Tucked away off of the main road, we're minutes from area attractions.  Big  
enough for two families to enjoy with ample parking. 
 
The main living space is an open concept with high beamed ceilings.  Living room with a gas stove for  
cozy winter evenings opens up onto a large deck .  Fully equipped kitchen allows for dinning in when  
desired. Full bath w/ shower stall off of landing.  Downstairs you'll find a full bath and three  
bedrooms.  First room has two bunk beds, second a bunk with queen bed on bottom, twin on top and  
trundle underneath if needed.  The third bedroom has a queen bed.  Easily sleeps 9, can fit 12 using  
the pull out sofa in living room.  Downstairs bathroom doubles as laundry with washer and dryer.

Activities and Attractions

Skiers can walk to nearby lift to access Attitash/Bear Peak Mountain from the house.  You'll also  
find  
that off season the mountain offers activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding,  
alpine slide, waterslides, scenic skyride, climbing wall and a children's play pool.  Fishing,  
canoeing/kayaking, swimming and shopping are all within minutes. For a day of fun be sure to check  
out  
Diana's Baths and Echo Lake.  Cathedral overlook is a must for a spectacular view no matter what time  
of year.  
 
For the young at heart, Storyland is 10 minutes away; Santa's Village about 45.  Still want more?   
Mount Washington, the Conway Scenic railroad, Saco River, and Cog Railway top the list.

Holiday weekends and vacation weeks are subject to slightly higher rates. 
A $250 refundable security deposit is required.
