approximately 2300 square feet. “Pine Hills” is nestled among beautiful oak and pine trees, just
minutes from the village of Carmel By the Sea and the restaurants, wineries and golf courses of
Carmel Valley. Shops, beaches, and the walking path along Scenic Road are all within a five minute
drive.

This property is equipped with high speed internet, Televisions, some HDTV, a VCR, DVD player and
Stereo with CD/Cassette Player and AM/FM Radio for your entertainment. Whether you’re in the family
room, dining room, master or guest bedroom, you’ll have plenty of entertainment options.

If you’re looking to get away from everyday life, turn the TVs off and curl up in front of the
Fireplace in the Living Room or use the space to congregate and play games with family and friends.
In addition to the warmth generated by the Fireplace, the entire house is heated by a central
