Vacation Rental Description

This charming 3 bedroom hillside home is located in the Upper Eastside, close to the Santa Barbara  
Riviera. It  has a great view of the city and ocean. It is located in an upscale older quiet section  
of Santa Barbara close to the Mission and downtown.  
 
The 1750 sq. ft. house has 3 bedrooms - a large bedroom with a stone fireplace which has a full size  
bed and sofa, an upstairs bedroom loft which has a great view of the city and the ocean has a queen  
size bed and a smaller bedroom downstairs which has 2 twin beds side by side. There are also 2 foam  
sleeping pads and 2 sofas that can sleep additonal people.  
 
The large kitchen, dining room and living room are ideal for entertaining people or housing a large  
group. The main bathroom has both a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. There is a large saltillo patio  
with a lounge, table and chairs and 2 gas barbecues.  
 
The house is located within walking distance of the Santa Barbara Mission (0.5 mile) Alice Keck Park  
and Alameda Parks (0.5 mile) 1.5 miles to downtown area and 2.5 miles to the wharf or the beach.  
Ralphs and Vons supermarkets are 1,5 miles. You can catch the dowtown/beach shuttle at 0.6 miles to  
dowtown or the beach, marina or wharf. There is also a bus stop at 2 blocks that will take you  
downtown or to the Botanic Gardens.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house has all the enemities such as towels, bed linens, blankets, eating and cooking  appliances  
and  utensils, washer and dryer, telephone, Wi-Fi internet, entertainment system with 46" Bravia  
high definition TV in the living room and a TV in the rear bedroom.

Activities and Attractions

The house is located close to several hiking trails in Mission Canyon such as Rattlesnake or  
Skoefield Park. Bicycles are available for exploring the town as well as a boogie board with  
wetsuits.

Vacation Rental Rates

The monthly rate varies between $3500 and $4000. A 10% deposit is required to reserve.
