schools of dolphins and kite surfers.  Unit was updated in 2006 and completely furnished "Tommy  
Bahama" style.  You can walk to Coffee Shop, Grocery Store, Restaurants, Shops, Golf and Night  
Clubs.  You will not want to leave once you get here....pack lite - bring your bathing suit and

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rentals preferred Saturday - Saturday 
 
Spring       700/week -  March thru Memorial Day  
Summer       900/week -  Memorial Day thru Labor Day 
Fall         700/week -  Labor Day thru September  
Winter       650/week -  October thru February 
 
Monthly Guests call owner for rates 
 
**In addition, there's 10% Sales Tax, $65 end-of-stay cleaning fee, $15 parking pass and $2 per  
person pool pass.  We accept checks and credit cards via Paypal. 
 
Sorry, no pets and no smoking. 
Primary guest must be over 25 years of age and remain the entire time rented.  (STRICTLY ENFORCED BY  
ASSOCIATION AND PROPERTY SECURITY) 
Limit 4 people total in the unit. 
 
A refundable security deposit of $200 will hold a reservation.
