Beautifully decorated and furnished multi-level condominum. The
main living area has vaulted ceilings and a pull out sleeper sofa.
The dining area seats four at the table and also offers two bar
stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully furnished with
dishes, cookware, and appliances. There is also a large patio with
an ocean view, table and chairs. A bedroom and bath with
a queen bed are off the living area. The master suite is upstairs
for privacy. It has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet,
dressing area, and master bath with a separate shower and bathtub.
It is spacious and offers all the comforts of home. We provide good
quality linens. The unit also has a washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a 42" flat screen TV in the living area along with a DVD and VHS player. There are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms . The rent
includes wireless internet, cable, and all utilities.

$1100/week $2750/month December - April
$1250 per week during holiday weeks
$350 reservation/security deposit returned after inspection
CHECK IN 4 PM ON DAY OF ARRIVAL, CHECK OUT 11 AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE
Cancellation Policy: Up to 60 days before arrival date, the $350
deposit
will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee. Within 60 days of
arrival, no refund will be made on the deposit. No refunds will be
made on rent if the renter leaves early, except in the case of an
official hurricane evacuation order.
