Vacation Rental Description

Charming mountain cabin in quiet but central location. House built in 
2005, it has a very relaxing and cozy feel. Fully equipped very nice 
 
kitchen that is integrated in the great room with cozy fireplace and 
beautiful views.  
 
This is a very clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious townhome away from 
the mainstreet, but close to skiing and the Recreation Club with 
pools, jacuzzis, sauna and weight and aerobics rooms. Tahoe Donner 
Skiing only 3 minutes away. There is the spacious master bedroom with 
queen size bed, walk in closet, bathroom, 1 guestroom with queen bed, 
and 1 guest/kids room with full/double bunk bed and a pull out mattress. 
We also have movies, games and books  for the family/kids.  
The family room as well as the kids room both have a TV with DVD/VHS 
player. Washer/Dryer for your convenience included. 
There is  a spacious balcony with patio furniture and a brand new gas 
barbecue.  
During the winter, we have sleds for your use in the garage. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Cabin is fully equipped and all the rooms are tastefully decorated.  
The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigeratoer, microwave, dish washer, 
coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and pans and cooking 
utensils. 
 
The dining room table seats 8 comfortably. There is also a gas fireplace 
in the living room to keep you warm and cozy. 
 
Bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided as well as paper 
products (toilet paper and paper rolls). The cabin is professionally 
cleaned between guests. 

Activities and Attractions

The cabin is centrally located for all north shore Lake Tahoe 
activities and entertainment. The town of Truckee is close by with a 
historic downtown, nice restaurants and elegant shopping. Great for 
your entertainment. Reno 45 minutes away. 
 
In the summer, there is swimming, boating, hiking trails, biking, 
golfing, tennis, horsebackriding. Donner Lake 10 Minutes away, Lake 
Tahoe 15 Min.  
 
Winter activities include premier winter sports like skiing at nearby 
Tahoe Donner, Skiing Resorts like Northstar or Sugar Bowl and Squaw 
Valley within 20 Minutes. Cross Country Skiing nearby, as well as 
sledding and ice skating. 
 
Rental includes access and use of our guest passes to the Tahoe Donner 
Recreation facilities which include tennis, horseback riding, pools, 
workout facilities, and premier beach access as well as 2 golf courses.  
 
This is a very nice place to spend quality vacations. We love it, and 
we are sure you will too.

Summer Rates (June 16 - Sept. 7)              $ 170.--/night

Low Season                                    $ 155.--/night       
                                              weekly rate $ 1'000.-- 
 
Christmas and Thanksgiving Week               $ 200.--/night 
 
Weekdays only (no Fri/Sat/Sun night)          10 % off nightly rates 
 
Cleaning fee $ 150.--, transient occupancy tax 10%, Deposit $ 250.--
