Located just 4.5 miles from Walt Disney World in the quiet gated community of Sunset Lakes, the  
Beeches vacation home is the ideal place for your next Florida vacation. This upscale home is close  
to all the major attractions with Universal and SeaWorld being only 20 minutes away and Bush Gardens  
and the Kennedy Space Center just under an hour from our home. 
 
This marvellous property overlooks the conservation area from the south facing pool area and master  
bedroom balcony. The pool area also boasts a Jacuzzi, with waterfall feature, and an oversized deck  
giving you plenty of room to play or sunbathe on the numerous quality sun loungers. It is very  
private at the rear of the home making it perfect for breakfasting or dining “Alfresco”. 
 
This 3000sq Ft vacation home is exceptionally well maintained and luxuriously furnished to a very  
high standard with many upgrades. We are licensed for 14 guests, insured and professionally managed  
giving you complete peace of mind. 
 
A 10% deposit is required to reserve your booking with the final balance, including a refundable  
$250.00 security deposit, falling due 10 weeks before departure. Payment by credit card can be  
accepted via PayPal and there will be a 3.88% charge for this.

A beautiful fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, leads you to a breakfast dining area with pool  
view which seats 6 guests. 
 
Separate utility room with washer, dryer and full ironing facilities. 
 
 
All baby equipment is free of charge and includes quality Cot, mobile & bedding, high chair, baby  
listener & stair gate. Children in cots do not count as occupancy. 
 
The house boasts a brand new full size slate top pool table and air hockey table.  
 
Sunset Lakes is completely finished so builder’s noise and dust will not disturb your vacation.
