Our 2 bedroom 1 bath house sits on high stilts directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Located in undiscovered Dekle Beach, Florida. It is a retreat from everything. We are about three miles up the coast from Keaton Beach. The home overhangs the Gulf, with the high tides lapping against the sea wall. The porch/deck looking out on the Gulf. Sunbathing is great right on the 3rd story wrap around deck. There is an open mezzanine floor between the house and the ground level and covered parking at ground level. Great for grilling in a rain, baby cribs and lots of people room.  Relax and read on the couch on the mezzanine.  You will enjoy breathtaking gulf views and  fabulous sunsets. FISH CLEANING TABLE WITH RUNNING WATER!! Steps down into the water!

Pets allowed with owner permission with a small  extra charge.

Owner accepts PayPal, checks, money order or bank drafts accepted.

For your use there are 3 one-person kayaks and paddles. There is a private locked concrete boat ramp one block away (and a key is provided). This rental is perfect for nature lovers, other lovers, families, and fishermen. Great redfishing in salt marshes is within close kayaking distance. Exceptional scalloping during summer scalloping season. It is located in one of the few remaining pristine Florida coastal areas called Nature Coast. It is  one hour south of Tallahassee, FL. 30 minutes south of Perry, FL and 30 minutes north of Steinhatchee.

As of March 19, 2013 the rates are as follows:

DURING 2013  SCALLOPING SEASON (July 1 - Sept 25, 2013)

 3 NIGHT MINIMUM:

Rates are as follows:

Nights 1, 2 and 3 @ $200 a night, nights 4,5 and/or 6 @$165 a night.

Weekly rental (7 nights) is $1150.  

(NO MONTHLY RENTAL  July 1st - September 25, 2013)

All other times of the year the rates are as follows:

3 night minimum September 25th - June 30th, 2013

Nights 1,2,3,4,5,and 6 are $125 a night. $850 for weekly rental September 26th thru June 30th, 2013

$10 per day per pet.  Maximum charge $200 for those who have longer stays. Limit of 2 pets.

No refunds for poor weather, bad fishing or scalloping.  No refunds after arrival.
