This beautiful lakefront home is located in Twin Lakes just North of Rathdrum, Idaho. It is
approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Coeur d' Alene. The home is minutes from numerous
activities, yet quiet and serene in the pine trees and country breezes.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo.
There is a large deck overlooking the water with enough area to cook and eat, or to just relax on
the plush outdoor furniture. There is a large beach area with your own private dock, pic-nic area,
and fire pit. Enjoy the lake and sun for a weekend or longer!

This property is very close to Silverwood Theme Park and local area ski resorts. There are tons of
local Golf Courses to enjoy also!

Rates:

$250.00 per night with a 3 night minimum stay.

$1400.00 per week.

Ironman Rates: $1800.00 week

$500 deposit. $350 refundable $150 non-refundable for Cleaning, Inspection, and Garbage removal
